Fuzer Telecom is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our NL Sales Team

FUZER (based in Zaventem and Waver) is a fast-growing telecom operator, offering all-in-one telecom solutions to SME and Enterprise customers in Belgium. Our solution is built by using the Escaux Unified Communications software, which integrates the fix telephony and data services of Colt Telecom with our own Fuzer mobile telephony services (MVNO Telenet). With a complete portfolio, and a wide variety of possible architectures (pure cloud / hybrid cloud), we can answer to the telecom needs of most SME/Enterprise businesses in Belgium. Our solution is proven at reference customers like Decathlon, AS Adventure, Auto-5, Facq, Midas, Aveve, ….

With our mature cloud solution, we are on the top of the new trends in VoIP-telephony/UC solutions. With a large part of the Belgian companies still working with traditional legacy systems, there is a huge opportunity to acquire new business.

To help us achieve our growth objectives, we're looking for a motivated sales talent!

Function

Your responsibilities as Account Manager :

  • You maintain and develop your customer base, by maintaining current customer relationships and prospecting new leads in the Flanders/Brussels region.
  • You identify, anticipate and solve your customers’ requirements and concerns.
  • You prepare a variety of reports (activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals).
  • You gather and report back on competitive activity in the market place.
  • You achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly company sales turnover and margin objectives.
  • Contribution of new ideas to the team is a plus.

Profile

  • You hold a master degree, preferably in a Business/Economics/IT related domain.
  • No experience is required, but motivation and eagerness to learn are mandatory!
  • You are proficient in Dutch and you have a very good command of French and/or English.
  • You have an affinity with IT / Telecom.
  • You are keen to working in a no-nonsense environment and a fast-growing company.
  • You are results-oriented and a strong communicator. You are eager to close deals.
  • You are a problem solver seeking customer satisfaction.
  • You have a positive mindset and are eager to take new challenges.
